Services We offer

We blend clinic, in-home, and community-based sessions to support your child in every environment where they live, play, and grow. Our work is grounded in Natural Environment Teaching and guided by our core values of creativity, compassion, and collaboration. We meet each child exactly where they are and use play, exploration, and real-world routines to strengthen communication, independence, emotional regulation, and real-life skills that last. 

Our Daily Living Skills support focuses on helping individuals build confidence and independence in their everyday routines. We work on meaningful, functional skills such as meals, dressing, hygiene, household tasks, communication, leisure, and social interactions. Using natural,based teaching and real-life practice, we help our clients participate more fully in their daily lives while supporting families through practical strategies that fit their routines. 

Forward Together also provides consultation services to school districts, daycares, and homeschooling families in our service area including Oshkosh, Winneconne, Omro, Ripon, Fond du Lac and more. These services include:

• 1:1 support for students in the classroom 
• Consultation regarding IEP goals 
• Assessment support and consultation regarding the development of IEP goals 
• Behavior support planning
• Consultation on classroom logistics
• Training of paraprofessional staff specific to ABA concepts 
• Home School Support
